Shipping & Returns Policy


All physical product orders will be processed & shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days. All orders placed after 3pm est will be processed the following business day.

The customer is liable for any taxes or duties that may apply as we do not collect them. We recommend customers look into their country/local policies of taxes and duties as it does vary.

It is the customer's responsibility to know if their country's Customs Department permits the shipment of our products and what the duties or tariffs may be upon delivery. We can not provide a refund for the shipping of any package if the customer refuses it due to the imposed taxes or duties. If the order is seized by customs for any reason and it is not returned to us, we cannot issue a refund.


Refunds are accepted within 60 days of the purchase date. All products must be returned for a full refund. Customers must include their full name, email address that was used for the purchase, and order number for their return to be processed. Refunds will not be issued in the absence of the above information. Shipping costs are at the customer's expense. It is recommended customers maintain a record of their tracking number should it be required for proof of return. A refund will be issued once the product is received. Refunds do not include shipping or handling charges.
