Oatmeal Choco-Chip Energy Balls

This recipe brings you a hefty dose of energy chiefly in the form of flaxseed meal, chia seeds, and oats. Not only is it incredibly rich in fiber, it’s also loaded with healthy fats (from the peanut butter and chia seeds) and just enough natural sugars (from the honey) that it will give you a serious energy boost. You’ll need just one or two of these tasty little immune-boosting energy balls to make your day so much better and energized!


For this recipe, you will need:

  • Rolled or steel-cut oats

  • Unsweetened cocoa powder

  • Flaxseed meal

  • Creamy peanut butter (natural is better!)

  • Honey

  • Vanilla Extract

  • Dark chocolate chips (70% cocoa or higher)

  • Pure Immunity powder


Measure out one cup of oats, and pour them into a bowl along with two tablespoons of the cocoa powder and 1 ½ tablespoons of the flaxseed meal. Add in ¼ cup of the dark chocolate chips, a tablespoon of chia seeds, and 1 ½ tablespoons of Pure Immunity, and mix well to combine the dry ingredients. For added flavor, drop in a pinch of kosher or sea salt.

Time to mix in the wet ingredients! Add a half-teaspoon of vanilla extract, ¼ cup of honey, and ½ cup of peanut butter into the mix, and combine well. Add more honey or peanut butter for additional moisture, until you get a thick consistency that you can easily roll into bite-sized balls.

The balls should contain roughly 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture. Place them onto a plate covered with a cookie sheet, and store them in the freezer.

Hemp Chocolate Energy Bites

These immune-boosting energy bites combine some more unusual ingredients—hemp and dates—to make an absolutely delicious and nutritious snack that you can enjoy anywhere, anytime.

Dates provide a nice dose of sweetness while also giving you a sticky consistency that holds the ball together. The walnuts, almond butter, and coconut oil are all packed with natural, healthy unsaturated fats, including lots of Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids. With the high-fiber, high-protein, high-nutrient content of the hemp seeds and the immune-boosting properties of our Pure Immunity supplement, you’ve got a snack guaranteed to boost your health.


For this recipe, you will need:

  • Raw walnuts

  • Unsweetened cocoa powder

  • Pitted dates

  • Hemp seeds

  • Coconut oil

  • Almond butter

  • Pure Immunity supplement


To begin, put a cup of pitted dates into your food processor, and use the pulse setting to mix them either into small bites or a sticky ball. Scoop out this mixture and set it aside for later.

Next, drop two cups of walnuts into your food processor, and blend until they are turned into a fine nut-meal. Now add in three tablespoons of hemp seeds, two tablespoons of Pure Immunity, and six tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder, and pulse a bit longer to combine these ingredients with the walnut-meal. Just be careful not to overmix, as the walnuts will start to turn into nut butter if processed too much.

Once the dry ingredients are combined, add the processed dates back into the mix, along with a tablespoon of liquid coconut oil (melt in the microwave for 10 seconds if necessary) and three tablespoons of almond butter. For extra flavor, add in a pinch of your favorite salt (kosher is particularly tasty in this mix). Process one last time to mix the ingredients, which should produce a moist mixture similar to dough.

Place the food processor cup with the ingredients into the fridge for ten minutes to let the mixture cool, then scoop it out and form it into balls with between 1 and 2 tablespoons of the mixture. For added flavor, roll the formed balls onto hemp seeds or cocoa powder to give them an exterior coating.

Coco-Choco Energy Balls

These energy balls combine the high-fiber, high-natural sugar content of medjool dates with the healthy fats provided by shredded coconut. You get a little bit of vanilla to bring out the chocolate flavor, unsweetened cocoa to add in rich chocolatey goodness, and Pure Immunity powder to maximize the immune-boosting benefits.

The result: delicious, nutritious snacks!


For this recipe, you will need:

  • Pitted Medjool dates

  • Raw almonds

  • Vanilla

  • Dark chocolate chips (70% cacao or higher)

  • Shredded coconut

  • Unsweetened cocoa powder

  • Pure Immunity supplement


To begin, put roughly one cup of raw almonds into the food processor, and process until you get a fine, dry almond meal. Just be careful not to over-process, as that will make it more like almond butter.

Add in roughly fifteen pitted dates, and process the mixture until the dates are broken down and beginning to combine with the almond meal. Now, add in ¼ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder, ¼ cup of Pure Immunity powder, a teaspoon of vanilla, 1/3 cup of shredded coconut, and 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips. Process well to combine the ingredients.

Use a tablespoon to scoop equal portions of the mixture into your hands, and roll into balls. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks, or freeze to extend their lifespan.
